About Techno Board and the Sales Role

Techno Board, a modern electrical panel manufacturing startup based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sales Officer | Sales Engineer - electrical control panels. This full-time role is central to expanding the company's customer base and accelerating growth within the region.

Role Purpose and Commercial Focus

The Sales Officer will primarily focus on the commercial and relational aspects of the business. This involves building lasting client relationships, negotiating deals, and securing market share. The successful candidate will act as the commercial bridge between prospective clients and Techno Board's technical team, ensuring client requirements are accurately communicated and proposals effectively presented.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and target contractors, construction companies, and industrial traders in Riyadh for lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong networks with procurement managers, purchasing officers, and project managers to ensure Techno Board is invited to bid on upcoming projects.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including following up on inbound inquiries, tracking leads, and overseeing the sales process from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Collect client project requirements, coordinate with the technical team for proposal development, and present finalized commercial quotations to clients.
• Lead contract negotiations, focusing on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor pricing, local market demand, and industry trends in Riyadh to inform and adjust sales strategies.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, results-driven, and demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively within the electrical control panel or related industrial sectors.
