About the Opportunity

Gulf Central Company is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The role is available across multiple key cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. We welcome candidates with 0-2 years of experience who hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, promoting company products and services, and cultivating strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, consistent customer engagement, and a commitment to achieving established targets within an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit customers to promote the company's products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel within the assigned region.

Education and Experience

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. We are seeking individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience, including recent graduates, who are eager to develop a career in sales.

Compensation and Work Setting

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, complemented by sales commission and performance incentives. The role is field-based, requiring regular travel and customer visits within the assigned region across Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
