About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Etihad, you will be responsible for performing, coordinating, and executing sales activities for assigned accounts in the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on monitoring market dynamics and competitor activities to ensure the achievement of established sales targets and contribute to Etihad’s profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, agree, and execute sales activity plans to meet targets, utilizing data and insights provided by Sales Strategy and Planning.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to generate revenue for the organization.
  • Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform them about new products, services, and promotions to increase sales.
  • Cultivate a 'trusted advisor' status to foster long-lasting business relationships with major accounts.

Account Management and Market Analysis

  • Analyze market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers in terms of sales opportunities and convert them to revenue.
  • Collect, review, and consolidate information to support the identification of intervention areas for regional business development, ensuring sales target achievement and the introduction of relevant new products and services.
  • Research, gather, share, and analyze competitor, market, and wider industry information to define optimal selling approaches and increase Etihad's market share and visibility.
  • Cooperate with global sales enablement to determine the most effective promotion sales techniques.
  • Maintain current customer data within Etihad’s CRM tool.

Contractual and Commercial Management

  • Coordinate and draft contractual agreements with accounts, ensuring customer requirements are effectively captured and comply with existing policies.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts to facilitate sales closure, respecting corporate guidelines and indications.
  • Complete all Etihad commercial training and act as a thought leader within your area of specialization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales representative capacity or a similar commercial role.
