About StarsPro and the Sales Representative Role

StarsPro operates as a growing supplier within the commercial foodservice and hospitality industry. The company specializes in the design, supply, and installation of high-quality commercial kitchen, central kitchen, and laundry equipment. We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.

Role Summary and Contribution

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships to drive sales growth within the hospitality sector. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client consultation to preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing projects for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the hospitality sector, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, and catering companies.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the commercial kitchen, laundry, or foodservice equipment industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial kitchen layouts, equipment specifications, and the operational needs of hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering facilities.

Work Setting

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering client engagements primarily in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
