BAN Tourism is a Saudi destination management company (DMC) that specializes in designing and operating tourism programs across the Kingdom. The company serves a diverse clientele, including corporates, government entities, delegations, VIPs, and individual travelers.

The Role of Sales & Reservations Executive

BAN Tourism is seeking a Sales & Reservations Executive to manage customer inquiries, convert them into confirmed bookings, and coordinate reservations with suppliers. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and serves as the initial point of contact for guests and a link between sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
Promote and sell BAN’s ready-made products and tailor-made programs.
Book hotels, transportation, activities, and other services with suppliers.
Send booking confirmations and prepare trip files for the operations team.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the CRM system.
Track sales performance and report on inquiries, conversions, and revenue.

Required Qualifications

Saudi national.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Customer-focused with a strong sales and follow-up mindset.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM or booking system is an advantage.
Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service within the tourism or hospitality sector is an advantage.
