About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Salesperson to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a motivated and results-driven individual with 2-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the telecommunications industry. The role focuses on promoting products and services, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell telecommunications products and services to potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain product features, pricing, packages, and service benefits to customers.
• Negotiate offers and close sales effectively.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of previous experience in sales and the telecommunications industry is mandatory.
• Experience selling telecommunications products, services, or packages is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
