The Opportunity

Majestic International Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Security & Safety Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on overseeing and enhancing security and safety operations within our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily security and safety operations.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety and security inspections, alongside comprehensive risk assessments.
Oversee emergency preparedness, fire safety protocols, and incident response procedures.
Investigate all incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed reports as required.
Manage and guide security and safety personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
Coordinate effectively with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities when necessary.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in security and safety supervision.
Demonstrated proactive approach to security and safety management.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Riyadh.
