About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Senior Accountant Accounts Receivable to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow and accurate financial records. The position involves supporting invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, alongside resolving billing issues and collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant Accounts Receivable will be responsible for:

• Preparing and issuing accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Applying incoming payments to customer accounts and ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
• Monitoring customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and irregularities, and performing collection activities via phone or email.
• Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and posted.
• Supporting month-end closing processes by preparing accounts receivable reports and summaries.
• Assisting in resolving billing discrepancies and responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining organized, up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve client account issues.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Accountant Accounts Receivable position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial accounting role.
