About the Opportunity

Nouveaux Talents is seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to join its expanding HR Consulting and Capability Building practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an experienced HR professional with strong consulting expertise who is passionate about delivering strategic people solutions and leading client engagements. The compensation for this role is SAR 40,000–45,000 per month.

Role Purpose

The Senior Advisory Consultant will be instrumental in leading and executing diverse consulting projects, ensuring successful client outcomes, and contributing to the growth of the practice. This position requires a dedication to providing exceptional client experiences and acting as a subject matter expert in various HR consulting domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting projects across areas including Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessment & Management, and HR Process Consulting.
• Ensure the successful execution of consulting engagements while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Partner with the sales team as a subject matter expert to develop tailored consulting solutions for prospective clients.
• Prepare and review proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation to support business development activities.
• Represent the organisation as a thought leader through webinars, roundtables, conferences, and other industry events.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the consulting and capability building practice.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of HR Consulting/Advisory experience is mandatory.
• Overall professional experience between 5-10 years.
• Demonstrated strong consulting expertise in HR-related fields.
• This role is not suitable for HR Generalists.

Additional Expectations

• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements or business development.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when project demands necessitate.
