About the Role

Cerebra is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to implementing and configuring the company's software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration, and providing ongoing technical support.

Role Overview

In this role, the Senior Application Engineer will serve as a primary technical resource, working closely with clients to understand their specific requirements. The position demands the application of technical expertise to deliver effective software solutions and contribute directly to the successful execution of client projects from initial deployment through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Responsible for the deployment and configuration of software solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements.
• Integration: Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth integration of software solutions with their existing systems and workflows.
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and technical assistance during and after implementation, addressing client issues promptly.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate effective software use.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and relay client feedback to product management to inform future product development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in software implementation and support. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tailor solutions to client needs, and troubleshoot complex technical issues is essential. Effective communication, client-facing skills, and the capacity to deliver clear training and documentation are also required for this role.
