Parisima Talent is partnering with a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia to recruit a Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to join a growing Corporate practice.

Role Overview

This role is for a Saudi-qualified lawyer with 5-10 years of experience in corporate law, specifically within mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a central role in leading complex M&A transactions, providing legal counsel to high-profile clients, and contributing to the expansion of a dynamic legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring transactions.
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and commercial agreements.
• Manage legal due diligence processes and provide strategic legal advice throughout transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Stay updated with legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Saudi-qualified lawyer.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in corporate law.
• Strong background gained within a reputable local or international law firm.
• Proven experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently.
