Bupa Arabia is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering comprehensive health insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on account management within the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) sector.

The Role: Senior Associate SME Account Management

This full-time position is for a Senior Associate SME Account Management based in Riyadh. The core objective of this role is to drive sales of specific Bupa Arabia products to SME clients, leveraging generated leads. The successful candidate will be instrumental in meeting customer needs, ensuring strict adherence to all sales processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to contribute significantly to the Retail Sales business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the team leader for calls, visits, and proposals.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, direct calls, territory management, referrals, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations within the department's 72-hour KPI.
  • Maintain a high standard of written correspondence in both Arabic and English.
  • Achieve renewal book targets as defined by the business.
  • Track and manage all stages of the sales cycle, from prospect identification and initial contact to meetings, follow-ups, pricing, and agreement signature.
  • Ensure premium collection aligns with Finance policy and Bupa Arabia's credit control policy, aiming for 100% outstanding collection.
  • Submit daily sales reports and a monthly report detailing all won and lost accounts to the Team Leader.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor practices, providing relevant intelligence to retail sales management.
  • Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all required reporting and forecasting promptly.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
  • Follow up on customer queries and requests that require coordination with other departments, such as Membership, Customer Service, Pre-Authorization, Claims, and Finance.
  • Conduct monthly client visits, or as needed, to foster strong relationships and implement loyalty programs.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements set by SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) and CCHI (Council of Cooperative Health Insurance) to mitigate compliance risks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in maintaining high-standard written correspondence in both Arabic and English.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with clients and internal teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
