About the Role
Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate SME Account Management to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our Retail Sales business, focusing on the sale of specific BUPA products to retail customers. The role involves managing generated leads, ensuring customer needs are met, and adhering to established sales processes to achieve high customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business targets.
Key Objectives
The primary objective of this role is to drive product sales to retail customers by effectively managing leads and ensuring a seamless sales experience. A core focus is placed on achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Senior Associate will play a vital role in the growth and retention of the retail customer base.
Core Responsibilities
- Adhere to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, visits, and proposals as defined by the team leader.
- Actively search for new leads through various channels, including online sources, direct calls, territory management, referrals, and CRM systems.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations within departmental KPIs, specifically within 72 hours.
- Track and manage all sales stages, from prospect identification to calls, meetings, follow-ups, pricing, and agreement signature.
- Maintain high standards for written correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Meet the target for renewal book management.
Client Engagement and Market Insight
- Conduct monthly visits, or as needed, to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively apply the loyalty program.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Follow up on customer queries and requests that require coordination with other departments, such as Membership, Customer Service, Pre-Auth, Claim, and Finance.
- Maintain continuous awareness of market trends and competitor practices, providing relevant intelligence to retail sales management.
- Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and ensure all reporting and forecasting activities are completed in a timely manner.
Financial Oversight and Reporting
- Ensure premium collection is conducted in strict accordance with Bupa Arabia's Finance policy and credit control policy.
- Achieve 100% collection of outstanding premiums.
- Submit daily sales reports to the Team Leader.
- Provide a comprehensive monthly report detailing all accounts that have been won and lost.
Qualifications and Compliance
- A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this full-time role.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) to mitigate any compliance risks.
