Senior Consultant Development Advisory

About the Role

SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering is seeking a Senior Consultant in Development Advisory to join the Consulting, Strategy, and Advisory team in Riyadh. This regular position focuses on delivering high-impact management consulting and transformation engagements. The Senior Consultant will manage defined workstreams, translating complex organizational and operational challenges into clear, evidence-based, and implementable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams across strategy, transformation, operating model, and organizational improvement engagements.
• Structure complex client challenges, conduct analysis, and translate evidence into clear insights, options, and practical recommendations.
• Support the design of Target Operating Models, organization structures, governance frameworks, and organizational capabilities.
• Undertake benchmarking, process assessment, and process re-engineering to identify opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness and performance.
• Support transformation and change programs from diagnostic and design through implementation and benefits realization.
• Support program mobilization, governance, delivery planning, and program health checks as required.

Required Experience

The successful candidate will possess experience across several areas of management consulting. This role involves working as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with management consultants, strategists, program managers, economists, financial advisors, technical specialists, engineers, planners, and digital and data professionals.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based in Riyadh and will support projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and Africa region. Travel may be required for project delivery.
