About the Role

SSH Design is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading multidisciplinary design delivery for large-scale and complex building projects. The role ensures design quality, technical excellence, coordination, and successful project delivery from concept through detailed design phases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary design teams across Architecture, Structures, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
Manage design delivery, coordination, programme, quality, and key project milestones.
Act as a senior interface with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical and coordination issues.
Manage third-party consultants and ensure effective integration of their designs.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, and authority regulations.
Drive BIM coordination, constructability, and design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and provide leadership to Design Managers and wider project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in design management for large-scale building projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams effectively.
Proven track record in managing design delivery, quality, and project milestones.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a dynamic team environment focused on complex architectural and engineering projects.
