HCLTech is seeking a Senior Engineer - Active Directory Service Interfaces to join their team in Riyadh. Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a key role in aligning client requirements with operational excellence. This involves delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring that all technical tasks meet established quality standards. The position is integral to the ongoing stability and performance of Active Directory environments for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot On-Premise Active Directory systems by analyzing issues, resolving bugs, and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal performance and compliance with client requirements.
• Provide technical support to clients, managing ticket resolutions, presenting data insights, and conducting daily monitoring of client requirements to guarantee timely delivery of tasks according to quality standards.
• Create and enhance documentation for CMMI processes and client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational guidelines.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Senior Engineer will work within the Support & Operations team. The role involves direct interaction with client requirements and collaboration with team members, including providing mentorship to junior staff.
