About the Role

Al Rashid AG Landscapes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator Landscaping to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on specialized estimation for softscape, irrigation, and general landscape works. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in the landscaping sector.

Role Overview

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for various landscaping projects. This involves a comprehensive understanding of project specifications, technical drawings, and tender documents to ensure precise cost calculations and proposal preparation. The position is critical for securing new projects and maintaining the company's competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity takeoffs for softscape, irrigation, and landscape elements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations for projects.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with project requirements.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscaping estimation, specifically including softscape and irrigation projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes.
• Proven ability to review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents effectively.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
