Role Summary

The Senior Florist is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the design and creation of flower arrangements and floral decorations for the company’s branches, special events, and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute floral designs.
• Select and prepare flowers and other necessary materials.
• Maintain the quality of floral stock.
• Ensure attractive displays that adhere to brand standards.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Guide junior team members on design and presentation techniques.
• Coordinate with branch staff to support promotions, seasonal themes, and special occasions.
