About the Role

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Functional Support Analyst specializing in Finastra Trade Innovation. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves providing functional support to business stakeholders and technology teams for Finastra Trade Innovation implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The analyst will manage requirements from end-to-end, including product and configuration changes, business user support, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 functional troubleshooting for end-user issues encountered during the trade lifecycle.
Analyze and resolve transactional errors, master data configuration mismatches, and failed workflows within the Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) engine.
Replicate production bugs in staging environments, documenting detailed steps, logs, and business impact before escalating to L3 developers or Finastra vendors.
Acknowledge and resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) limits to minimize operational downtime.

Functional Support Focus

Functional Support Specialists ensure the core platform operates smoothly by managing system workflows, resolving transactional blocks, and translating evolving trade policies into functional software updates.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in functional support for financial technology platforms, specifically with Finastra Trade Innovation.
