Senior IT Engineer (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves providing essential IT support and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to users contacting the help desk via phone or email.
• Respond to calls and emails from end-users, troubleshooting help desk tickets for both on-site and remote users.
• Investigate user problems, identify causes, determine possible solutions, and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational issues.
• Research and analyze trends in help desk tickets submitted by team members.
• Assist with network and PC preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain company antivirus systems to help ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate daily IT requests, including adding and deleting users, maintaining email groups, and handling other miscellaneous IT-related requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be Saudi Nationals.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT support and engineering roles is required.
