Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Senior Linux & OpenShift Application Support Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing L2/L3 support for critical platforms and applications, ensuring their stability and performance. Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Linux, OpenShift, and middleware platforms.
Monitor infrastructure and application health to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined timelines.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.
Support application deployment activities and production releases.
Coordinate effectively with Development, Network, Security, Database, and Infrastructure teams.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, certificate renewals, and security compliance activities.
Create and maintain operational documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support rotations and major incident management activities.
Drive automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of supported platforms.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and demonstrate a strong foundation in Linux system administration and application support. Specific qualifications include:

Strong Linux system administration experience.
Experience supporting enterprise middleware and API platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in on-call support and major incident management, contributing to the continuous availability and performance of critical systems.
