About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya (القدية) is seeking a Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to the strategic development of Qiddiya's entertainment assets, contributing to the long-term vision for the entertainment portfolio.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Senior Manager supports the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in defining and delivering the overarching vision for Qiddiya's entertainment offerings. This position is responsible for leading the early planning and concept development of new entertainment destinations, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives, guest experience ambitions, and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing asset class strategies to achieve portfolio and asset ambitions, visions, and objectives.
• Manage early design stages of development, including ideation, pre-concept, and concept phases, and contribute to all subsequent development stages for new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's entertainment offering and financial targets.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation for distribution, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SOW), programs, strategy briefs, and various project matrices.
• Manage consultants and collaborate with IP licensors (where applicable) and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
• Conduct analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (*, theme parks, family entertainment centers) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development of initial go-live strategies, encompassing operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning, while providing implementation support to other functions within Qiddiya.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure necessary approvals, and effectively communicate entertainment asset designs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.
