Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Residential Strategy to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is critical for supporting residential development initiatives within the company.

The Role of Senior Manager, Residential Strategy

This is a senior strategy role focused on supporting residential development teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting market-informed development approaches, analyzing investment opportunities, and driving strategic decision-making within the residential business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities within the residential development portfolio, optimizing portfolio variety and rollout based on thorough market analysis.
• Create comprehensive development strategies covering target customer segments, product differentiation and adaptation for various users, and change management in response to market movements and trends.
• Develop and refine business models for the development department, including scrutinizing and setting fees, defining scopes of work, managing developer selection, and reviewing/critiquing highest and best-use studies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for management to communicate team and departmental information.
• Analyze end-to-end residential development processes to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Represent the company effectively with external consultants, funds, developers, and end-users.
• Assess and evaluate various investment structures.
• Develop roadmaps that analyze requirements, processes, and procedures related to the real estate field, including setting up real estate development and investment entities and interfacing with relevant authorities.
• Create robust business cases for residential development opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in real estate investment analysis, market assessment, development, and/or real estate strategy. This experience can be gained within a consulting company or a specialized Real Estate, Engineering, or Development firm.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment structures.
• Experience managing stakeholders across both public and private sectors.
