Overview of the Role
Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager Residential Marketing to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the conception, planning, and delivery of initiatives that support the destination’s marketing and sales efforts across the Red Sea Global (Red Sea Residences) portfolio. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing and communications plan, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving brand awareness, enhancing RSG’s profile, and generating leads for the residential sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of regional and global real estate markets, driving brand recognition and lead generation in line with RSG’s commercial objectives.
- Manage campaigns including web, paid social, traditional trade print advertising, content/film, brochures, PR, and eDMs.
- Understand the overall business and marketing strategy to inform the development and evolution of residential development marketing plans and activities.
- Lead asset-specific content strategy across relevant channels, informing and creating intrigue with target audiences.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing procurement process, including costs allocated to agencies, ensuring spend levels are maintained within corporate guidelines.
- Work closely with operator partners and agencies to manage the conception and production of jointly branded sales collateral and content in line with agreed guidelines.
- In collaboration with the sales team, manage and implement events, roundtables, and campaigns to promote and publish business content, new and existing developments, and trends.
- Continually develop positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing activity with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- In collaboration with the delivery team, develop asset-specific brand-centric content and sales collateral aligned with the positioning of RSG’s developments and assets.
- Drive content development for the Red Sea Residences website and ensure its continuous update.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Working with the Sales and Development teams, identify residential marketing events and opportunities for leveraging attendance or participation. Liaise with Comms and Events teams for successful participation.
- Ensure relevant systems are in place to facilitate communication across the team.
- Effectively manage project/business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating as appropriate.
- In partnership with digital, creative, media, PR, and social media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating objectives, KPIs, and budgets to senior management.
- In collaboration with the digital team, create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- In agreement with the Marketing Director, set clear KPIs and objectives for direct reports and manage performance.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Marketing Manager within a top-tier real estate or development company.
- Proven track record in brand/creative development and execution in B2C is essential, with B2B experience preferred.
- Experience in the luxury, UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual), and HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) sectors is desired.
