About EY and the Senior Manager Role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Risk Consulting FSRM to join its Financial Services Risk & Finance practice in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on supporting leading financial institutions in strengthening resilience, meeting regulatory expectations, and achieving value through risk and finance transformation.

The Financial Services Risk & Finance Practice

As part of EY’s Financial Services Risk & Finance practice, the Senior Manager will work with banks, capital markets firms, insurers, non-banking financial institutions, and public-sector financial services entities. The practice's work spans regulatory compliance and prudential supervision, credit and capital (including capital adequacy and liquidity), market risk, operational risk, enterprise risk, structured finance, and quantitative advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Financial Services Risk engagements.
• Provide technical direction across workstreams.
• Operate as a trusted team leader, managing day-to-day delivery.
• Coach team members.
• Manage stakeholders.
• Proactively update engagement Directors and Partners on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal peers.
• Contribute to presentations.
• Support business development through proposals and pursuit materials.
