Role Overview

EY is seeking a Manager, Risk Consulting Capital Projects, to join its Risk Consulting practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing advisory services focused on Capital Projects. The Manager will work with leading clients across key sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and government, assisting them in managing risks throughout the full lifecycle of large-scale capital projects.

Core Responsibilities

The Manager will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services, supporting clients in enhancing governance, controls, and overall project performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering risk consulting engagements specifically for capital projects, covering areas such as project governance, controls assurance, and performance monitoring.
• Supporting clients in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across all project lifecycle phases, including planning, execution, and close-out.
• Advising clients on improvements to project controls frameworks, encompassing cost control, scheduling, and risk management practices.
• Reviewing and assessing capital project performance, identifying gaps, and recommending practical, value-driven solutions.

Client Engagement and Deliverables

This role requires strong client interaction and the ability to produce professional documentation. Responsibilities in this area include:

• Preparing client deliverables, comprehensive reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining robust client relationships, actively contributing to business development efforts and proposal preparation.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

The Manager will also contribute to team development and cross-functional collaboration:

• Leading workstreams or small teams on larger engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborating effectively across various EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions for complex client challenges.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a strong team culture and a supportive development environment.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position are expected to have a solid foundation in relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in risk consulting, capital projects advisory, or a closely related field is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role contributes to the growth of EY’s Capital Projects and Infrastructure offering within the region.
