About the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing planning across allocated projects and tenders, ensuring clear schedules, effective monitoring, and timely, profitable delivery. The Senior Planning Manager supports project management teams through robust planning for medium to high complexity projects, portfolios, or sections of larger programs, contributing to successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across every project.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice, and unlock potential across Mace.
• Lead planning and scheduling methods, tools, and project controls, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Analyze complex requirements, recommend corrective actions, and influence client decisions.
• Communicate clearly with clients, teams, and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
• Lead, develop, and support planning teams while driving net zero carbon responsibilities.
