The Role of Senior Product Analyst

Takamol Holding is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to translating high-level business ideas into clear product requirements and subsequently measuring the performance of launched products. The role involves daily collaboration with Product Managers, engineers, commercial teams, and legal and regulatory stakeholders, requiring a Saudi national.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria from initial product concepts.
• Maintain an organized product backlog and assist the team in prioritizing development efforts.
• Provide clarification and answer questions from engineers during sprint planning and development phases.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features align with agreed requirements.
• Monitor product usage metrics including adoption rates, active users, transaction volumes, and revenue.
• Create and manage dashboards to provide insights into product health for both the team and leadership.
• Identify data patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, translating these into actionable recommendations.
• Perform post-release analysis after each launch to evaluate outcomes and share findings.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs to inform product strategy.
• Gather and organize customer feedback from commercial teams, converting it into product enhancements.
• Prepare business cases and reports to support leadership decisions on investment areas.
• Ensure all product requirements comply with PDPL (Saudi Personal Data Protection Law), internal data governance rules, cybersecurity standards, and relevant sector regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Data Analysis, specifically for digital products.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and actionable requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency with at least one BI tool (*, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience operating within Agile or Scrum team environments.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic is also required.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certification in Business Analysis (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or Product Management.
• Experience with API-based platforms or data products.
• Background in government, fintech, or enterprise data environments.
• Practical knowledge of data monetization models, including APIs, subscriptions, and bundled offerings.
• Experience working under PDPL or similar data privacy regulations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Senior Product Analyst will be an integral part of a dynamic team, engaging in close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to drive product development and performance in a regulated industry.
