About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning and implementing products from end to end, utilizing strategic thinking and market analysis to ensure product success while adhering to Elm's established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product initiatives across their entire lifecycle, from strategic planning and vision setting to execution, control, and performance monitoring. This includes active collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product offerings.

Product Strategy and Vision

• Implement the long-term product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure the product strategy aligns with the overall company vision.

Product Lifecycle Management and Execution

• Monitor the product roadmap, prioritization, and feature backlog, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams involved in the product lifecycle.
• Oversee product progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful product delivery.
• Utilize product management methodologies and tools to track product milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Conduct thorough product assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Stakeholder Engagement and Market Performance

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues.
• Communicate effectively and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and validate product decisions.
• Leverage market intelligence to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics, including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes and leverage analytics to measure and optimize product performance.
• Continuously gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to iterate and enhance the product offering.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in product management.
