About the Role

Lendo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and direction for key areas across its platform. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves identifying high-value opportunities, guiding products from discovery to launch, and collaborating with various teams to achieve measurable customer and business outcomes.

Product Strategy and Development

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap for a major product area, ensuring alignment with Lendo's broader business objectives. This involves identifying and prioritizing opportunities based on customer insights, market developments, and product performance, as well as setting clear priorities for Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring problem validation before committing to solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to develop scalable products from business and customer problems.
• Make prioritization and scope decisions, balancing customer impact, commercial value, technical complexity, and risk.
• Own key product and commercial outcomes, utilizing data and customer insights to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, ensuring product decisions are evidence-based and measured post-launch.
• Identify and lead opportunities to apply AI across Lendo's products to improve customer outcomes, efficiency, or product performance.
• Champion practical AI adoption within the Product team, using modern tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Mentor and develop Product Managers and Product Analysts to enhance the overall standard of Product within Lendo.
• Partner with Engineering, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver products within Lendo's regulated environment.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, outcomes, and major trade-offs clearly to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in product management. The role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and the ability to lead complex initiatives from discovery through optimization.
