Senior Professional Services Consultant

About the Role

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join the Professional Services Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role reports to the Director of Professional Services Solutions for EMEA. The consultant will focus on accelerating customer adoption of Infoblox products by providing installation services and technical leadership. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and is suited for individuals with a background in software development, networking, or security, who are committed to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business requirements and challenges into actionable implementation projects.
• Collaborate with customers and Infoblox Professional Services team members to address technical and business challenges using Infoblox products (NIOS, UniversalDDI, Infoblox Threat Defense).
• Develop project technical documentation.
• Execute Infoblox upgrades and refreshes for customer environments.
• Ensure successful project completion on time and within budget, aiming for a customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance customer discovery, accelerate services scoping, improve proposal quality, and drive efficient pre-sales engagement, while maintaining professional judgment.
• Provide mentorship to customers on Infoblox technology during project delivery.
• Guide Infoblox Skilled to Secure partners on Infoblox implementation best practices.
• Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
• Build relationships and foster collaboration with regional Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services delivery and consulting. Experience with Infoblox, BlueCat, or Palo Alto Networks is beneficial.
• Experience in SaaS networking or software security is beneficial.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management is beneficial.
• Experience with DevOps tools such such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc., is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present in internal and external meetings.
• A customer-centric approach and willingness to take initiative for customer satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge of security concepts, implementations, and products is an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.

• First 90 Days: Focus on cultural integration, connecting with mentors, understanding systems, meeting key stakeholders, and establishing short-term and long-term goals.
• Six Months: Actively implement solutions for Infoblox customers, make significant progress towards Infoblox product certification, and meet utilization and customer satisfaction metrics.
• One Year: Become a trusted technical resource for Infoblox product implementation and consulting, competently implement projects across the full lifecycle of the Infoblox Standard Migration Methodology, and contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base.
