About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The specialist will serve as a key real estate reference within the team, contributing to the execution and development of real estate activities, improving asset performance, and identifying new opportunities and revenue streams.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to apply broad practical knowledge to enhance real estate operations. The Senior Real Estate Specialist will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that improve asset value and identify new avenues for growth within the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in various real estate activities, including marketing, leasing, property management, and asset development and improvement.
• Analyze properties and market conditions, covering pricing, supply and demand, competitors, target customers, and potential opportunities.
• Develop practical solutions and action plans for real estate assets and monitor their implementation and performance.
• Identify new real estate opportunities and potential revenue streams, contributing to their development and execution.
• Explore potential partnerships and business opportunities with relevant companies and stakeholders.
• Provide real estate expertise to the team and participate in key decisions, negotiations, and real estate matters.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, legislation, platforms, and market developments in Saudi Arabia.
• Contribute to improving real estate practices and sharing market knowledge across the team.
