The company is inviting Expressions of Interest for an experienced Senior Renewables Energy Engineer for upcoming projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This full-time position involves providing technical leadership for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The role spans from feasibility studies through to project delivery, contributing to energy and infrastructure developments in the region. The successful candidate will join a team that values talent, hard work, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, concept design, and detailed design for Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Perform solar energy yield and battery storage performance assessments.
• Coordinate grid connection requirements and multidisciplinary design interfaces.
• Review vendor proposals, technical submissions, and design documentation.
• Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and project teams.
• Liaise with clients, utilities, authorities, and contractors to support project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
• Strong experience in Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Knowledge of grid connection requirements, power systems, and electrical design.
• Experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
