The Role of Senior Reporting Manager (Infra)

Mace is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager (Infra) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading and managing comprehensive reporting processes for complex infrastructure programmes. The role requires a professional capable of establishing robust reporting procedures, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools and forms for collecting programme status from stakeholders.
  • Manage the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards, escalating risks and issues as required.
  • Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
  • Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
  • Utilise SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable and reliable insights.
  • Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally to inquiries.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and demonstrating ongoing professional development.
  • Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership experience on complex projects.
  • Advanced competence in using Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and Primavera 6.
  • Experience in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions (*, reporting tools).
  • A minimum of 20 years’ experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
  • Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.
