About WSP Middle East and the Role

WSP Middle East is seeking a Senior Security Consultant - Security Risk Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves contributing to the design and advisory services focused on protecting people, assets, and operations across various projects. The successful candidate will work within a growing team, influencing how security is integrated into world-class built environments.

The Security Risk Management Team

The Security Risk Management team at WSP delivers comprehensive design and advisory services. These services include Security Threat and Risk Assessments, Project Security Briefs, and Security Strategies, all tailored to meet specific project requirements. The team's work is integral to landmark developments and critical infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Core Responsibilities

Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Lead and execute security risk assessments, strategic design initiatives, and audits of existing facilities.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure security is effectively integrated into complex built environment projects.
Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and converting leads into project wins.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A proven track record of delivering high-profile projects across commercial, mixed-use, residential, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Essential Skills

Strong client engagement capabilities.
Demonstrated business development skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).
