The Role

MOZN is seeking a Senior SEO Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving MOZN's digital presence and organic growth. The specialist will own the organic growth strategy, website performance, technical SEO, content optimization, and AI search visibility across MOZN's product portfolio.

The role is directly accountable for increasing organic traffic, organic-sourced pipeline, website conversion rates, and overall digital presence. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Manage organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic lead generation.
• Build SEO roadmaps across various products, industries, and target markets.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify search opportunities.
• Partner with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies, including creating topic clusters, content briefs, and keyword frameworks.
• Optimize blogs, solution pages, product pages, and resource centers for search performance.
• Improve multilingual search performance for both English and Arabic content.

Technical SEO and Website Management

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
• Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
• Manage structured data, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.
• Oversee overall website health and performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement website enhancements and resolve technical issues.
• Improve user journeys, navigation, engagement, and conversion paths on the website.
• Manage landing page optimization and website experimentation initiatives.

AI Search Optimization and Analytics

• Optimize MOZN's visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop strategies to enhance citation frequency, authority, and discoverability within AI-generated responses.
• Monitor emerging AI search trends and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
• Track and report on key metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, website engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Authority Building and Outreach

• Develop and implement backlink acquisition strategies.
• Drive thought leadership, PR, guest posting, and broader digital authority initiatives.
• Utilize webinar and CRM capabilities to support authority building efforts.
