Role Overview

ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities within the MENA region. The Solution Architect will serve as a key advocate for Business Process Management (BPM) and a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocating for Business Process Management (BPM) principles and solutions.
• Leading and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the customer engagement process.
• Engaging in C-level discussions to articulate the value of ARIS solutions and BPM strategies.
• Providing expert guidance to customers on BPM best practices and solution implementation.
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations of ARIS tool capabilities.
• Addressing customer inquiries and responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Executing high-quality Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Developing industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• Collaborating with product and development teams to integrate customer feedback into product enhancements.
• Staying informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position ARIS BPM solutions effectively.
• Mentoring and training junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience in a presales or solution architect role is preferred.

Work Authorization and Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without requiring employer sponsorship, as visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this role.
