About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a reputable Medical Device company to recruit a Service Operations Coordinator. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on coordinating service operations to ensure efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the logistical and administrative aspects of field service activities. This includes scheduling engineers, handling customer requests, and maintaining detailed service records to support the company's medical device operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule field service engineers for customer visits, including maintenance, installations, and technical support.
Manage customer service requests, ensuring timely responses, consistent follow-up, and effective resolution.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, equipment details, and all customer communications.
Coordinate service quotations, spare parts management, service contracts, and warranty-related activities.
Monitor ongoing service jobs and follow up with engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to support efficient service delivery.
Prepare comprehensive service reports and monitor key service performance indicators.
Handle customer complaints and escalations, contributing to improvements in service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar service operations or coordination role.
