Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing IT services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational improvements. The position requires strong expertise in service delivery and effective stakeholder management.

Role Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets. This role involves coordinating efforts across various technical teams and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all service delivery operations.
Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established SLAs and performance metrics.
Coordinate activities across infrastructure, service desk, and support teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor service performance, facilitate issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead customer meetings, service reviews, and operational governance sessions.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Manage resource planning and service capacity to meet demand.
Review service reports, billing, and operational metrics.
Drive service improvement and automation initiatives.
Support service transitions and the onboarding of new services.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in service delivery management or a related IT service role.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Proven expertise in IT service delivery methodologies and practices.
Experience coordinating across multiple technical teams.
