About Danfoss and the Role

Danfoss is a global company operating within the Power Electronics and Drives Segment. This full-time Service Sales Graduate Engineer position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi nationals. The role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development through a structured program for recent graduates.

Role Overview

This position focuses on supporting the sales and after-sales activities for Digital & Lifecycle Services (DLS) and Danfoss Drives across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute to developing the service partner network and ensuring operational excellence within the Kingdom, providing essential technical and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Digital & Lifecycle Services (DLS) sales and provide after-sales support for Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia.
• Offer technical support, conduct on-site commissioning, and deliver training.
• Track and target the Danfoss Drives Install-Base within the Kingdom.
• Prepare sales quotations and technical documents for Danfoss DrivePro offers, including maintenance contracts, spare parts, and extended warranties.
• Support and develop the Danfoss Services partners network in Saudi Arabia, managing their agreements and assessments.
• Ensure partners are self-supporting, technically and commercially strong, and achieve their annual targets.
• Provide updates on critical activities such as pricing, forecasts, rebate plans, product launches, and lead times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national eligible to participate in graduate development opportunities.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Knowledge of industry automation, HVAC, or Water applications is an advantage.
