ServiceNow SPM Consultant

About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, and providing ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM modules, including applications, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Assist with maintaining SPM configurations in line with approved requirements and standards.
• Support integration activities between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems, including REST and SOAP APIs and Integration Hub configurations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support data synchronization activities.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops, documenting business and technical requirements related to SPM processes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, notifications, and automation within SPM, and develop basic scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• Assist in preparing and executing test scenarios for SPM implementations and enhancements, and support deployment and change management activities.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to SPM applications, dashboards, workflows, and integrations, providing ongoing technical support.
• Maintain documentation for SPM configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes, ensuring compliance with security, access control, and data governance standards.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow SPM features and best practices, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in SPM processes and user experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
