About Al Hilal Club Academy Sports

Al Hilal Club Academy Sports is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing.

The Role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the organization's digital presence through creative and engaging content. This role requires strong knowledge of various social media platforms, digital content strategies, and current trends to effectively support our online communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support daily activities across major social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Develop, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging social media content.
Support content planning and contribute creative ideas aligned with organizational objectives and brand identity.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content.
Track social media performance and prepare comprehensive reports using analytics tools.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for content creation and coverage.
Support live coverage of events, activities, and campaigns as required.
Assist with short-form video content, basic graphic design, and video editing tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated experience with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
Good understanding of content creation principles, short-form video production, and current digital trends.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.
Experience within the sports, entertainment, or organizations delivering sports and community programs sectors is an advantage.

Work Environment and Expectations

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to provide coverage outside regular working hours when required, particularly during events or campaigns.
