Role Overview

The Software Development Lead is responsible for managing the development team and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of technical projects. This role requires the application of Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team, establish priorities, and monitor progress against delivery objectives.
• Design technical architectures and provide guidance to the team on key technologies and design decisions.
• Manage project execution using Agile and Scrum frameworks, including planning and managing sprints.
• Maintain code quality and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices.
• Resolve complex technical issues and remove obstacles impacting team delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Ensure the delivery of stable, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions.
