About the Role

Neoleap is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to defining and governing enterprise solution architectures that align business objectives with technology strategies.

Role Purpose

As a senior individual contributor, the Solutions Architect provides technical leadership across strategic initiatives. The primary focus is to ensure the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions that meet organizational requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
• Define solution blueprints, integration approaches, and technology roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend optimal technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns.
• Ensure solution designs comply with security, governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and engineering teams throughout solution delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance for major initiatives.
• Identify architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and reusable design artifacts.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple technology domains.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a solutions architecture role or a similar technical leadership position.
• Demonstrated ability to define and govern complex enterprise solution architectures.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, risk, and regulatory compliance within solution design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to drive strategic technology initiatives.
