Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Stakeholder Affairs (Governance & Committees Affairs - GCA) is responsible for establishing and overseeing governance processes, managing executive and strategic committees, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement across the organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Act as a primary coordination point for external stakeholders, including PIF, MCIT, and other government entities.
  • Coordinate and respond to Royal Court and other ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely collection, validation, and submission of required information.
  • Manage and coordinate official correspondence and letters, particularly with government and shareholder stakeholders, as part of daily governance operations.
  • Coordinate internally across Humain, communicating requirements to relevant functions, gathering inputs, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Track stakeholder requests, actions, dependencies, and deadlines through closure.
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external requirements before formal submission or communication.

Key Responsibilities: CEO Governance

  • Manage the governance and coordination of the CEO’s key meetings, including agenda planning, materials, stakeholder coordination, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Manage CEO-chaired committees and governance forums, ensuring appropriate governance processes, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s participation in Boards and Committees, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, decisions required, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the CEO Office in maintaining visibility over key governance matters, decisions, commitments, and outstanding actions.
  • Ensure CEO-level decisions and action items are properly documented, communicated to relevant stakeholders, tracked, and followed through to closure.
  • Maintain effective governance processes across CEO meetings, committees, and Board engagements to ensure timely escalation, clear accountability, and effective decision-making.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong understanding of governance processes and stakeholder engagement within complex organizational structures.
