DeepSource Technologies is seeking a Storage Administrator Expert S3 & NFS (HPC) to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing critical storage platforms within high-performance computing environments.

Role Summary

The Storage Administrator Expert will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of S3 and NFS storage platforms. A primary focus of this role is to ensure high availability, optimal performance, scalability, adequate capacity, and secure data access across the storage infrastructure, particularly within high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support S3 and NFS storage platforms.
• Monitor and optimize storage performance, capacity, availability, and scalability.
• Manage storage access, permissions, quotas, replication, and data protection.
• Troubleshoot storage, filesystem, and data-access issues across HPC environments.
• Support storage integration with Linux, Kubernetes, and HPC workloads.
• Perform storage health monitoring, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
• Support data replication, backup, recovery, and protection mechanisms.
• Automate routine storage administration and maintenance activities where applicable.
• Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis for storage-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of hands-on experience as a Storage Administrator or Storage Engineer.
• Expert-level S3 and NFS administration is mandatory.
• Experience supporting HPC storage environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux storage and filesystem administration.
• Experience integrating storage with Kubernetes/containerized workloads.
• Strong understanding of core storage concepts, including:
  • S3 / Object Storage
  • NFS Storage performance & monitoring
  • Capacity management
  • Permissions & access control
  • Quotas
  • Replication
  • Data protection
  • High availability
• Experience troubleshooting complex storage and data-access issues.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with storage automation/scripting.
• Relevant storage certifications.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the successful candidate will contribute to managing advanced storage solutions within a high-performance computing infrastructure.
