Store Keeper

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Store Keeper to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and coordinating all activities related to the receipt, storage, loading, off-loading, and issuance of supplies and orders. The Store Keeper will also be responsible for compiling records of supply transactions, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory management.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient and proper handling of all inventory movements. This includes coordinating the receipt of products, managing storage, and overseeing the issuance of supplies and orders, all while maintaining meticulous records of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive products in coordination with the Production department and record inventory into the ERP system according to company policy and procedures.
• Receive stock orders/receipts and prepare batches for issuance to end-users, ensuring compliance with approved needs, and create corresponding batches on the SAP system.
• Receive materials and goods into the warehouse and, when necessary, coordinate with Quality Control and end-users for inspections to confirm compliance with requirements.
• Maintain storage space by organizing the warehouse and adhering to established storage design principles.
• Participate in annual and ongoing physical inventory programs to confirm the accuracy and completeness of data records and assist in identifying and resolving anomalies.
• Prepare weekly inventory movement reports and conduct system reconciliation to assure record accuracy.
• Execute all activities related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires consistent presence and active participation in warehouse operations.
