Role Overview

The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations. This full-time role involves driving sales growth, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff effectively, and optimizing inventory control to deliver a consistent positive shopping experience. The position also includes developing training programs to enhance the performance of in-store retail staff, contributing to their professional growth and the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Drive sales growth by establishing sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store's products and services. Ensure effective product merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities and create an appealing store environment.
• Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training programs for all in-store retail staff, covering new hire orientation, ongoing product knowledge, and sales and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver training programs that support company objectives.
• Coach and mentor retail staff on sales and customer service techniques.
• Observe retail staff performance on the sales floor, provide constructive feedback, and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage store operations and drive sales.
• Proven experience in staff management and training development.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and visual merchandising principles.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a retail environment focused on home textiles and accessories.
