About the Role

Sephora is seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales objectives. Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to create a compelling experience for clients, ensuring sales align with Sephora's DNA and Attitude. The Store Manager is responsible for meeting objectives set for the store, contributing to the overall success and image of the brand within the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and guide clients in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and skin type.
  • Support the store team in demonstrating and explaining new products to clients.
  • Maintain a professional image and body language consistent with Sephora grooming guidelines, serving as a role model.
  • Utilize Sephora's selling techniques to maximize client basket size and contribute to monthly turnover.
  • Contribute to achieving the store's commercial and operational KPIs, including services targets.
  • Ensure adherence to Sephora's policies and procedures.
  • Support the team with merchandising tasks, including products, testers, prices, animations, cash desk area, stock room, and beauty hub tools.
  • Assist in various store departments as needed, including cash operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining the store's overall image through cleanliness and product restocking.
  • Work towards improving findings identified during audits.

Professional Development

The Store Manager is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through continuous learning. This includes attending regular training and convention events, both in-class at Sephora University and in-store, and actively utilizing the digital training platform (360 e-learning).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven success in sales and services within a retail store environment.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong selling techniques.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Demonstrates an innovative approach to retail operations.
