About eXtra and the Store Sales Role

eXtra is seeking a dedicated Store Sales professional to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on supporting the overall success of the store by ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales performance.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of the Store Sales role is to enhance the store's profitability and ensure a consistent, high-quality shopping experience for customers. This involves actively engaging with customers, managing product presentation, and adhering to company standards across all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Prioritize Customer Focus to ensure high levels of satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
Drive the Sales of Products & Services by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Maintain effective Visual Merchandising standards to ensure products are displayed attractively and according to guidelines.
Adhere to all Safety & Security protocols to ensure a secure environment for customers and colleagues.
Contribute to accurate Inventory Management practices, including stock handling and organization.
Engage in Self-Development to continuously improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role and company standards.
